 Hawaiian Hula is a gentle, low-impact, holistic dance practice that promotes well-being. Participants learn basic steps and nature-inspired movements while exploring Hawaiian culture, storytelling, and myths in an outdoor setting. As a form of ‘meditation in motion,’ hula engages both body and mind, cultivating presence, peace, happiness

 Reiki Meditation in the Arboretum offers a calming practice to support mental and physical well-being. Experience gentle energy work combined with a guided meditation to help relieve stress, deepen presence, and nurture inner peace. Surrounded by nature, participants can reconnect with themselves and feel grounded and renewed.

Walking the labyrinth is a relaxing practice that can promote mindfulness and reflection. You can join LiveWell and the CCU Arboretum for their labyrinth mindfulness events or walk the labyrinth on your own or with a friend.
